You either feel intimidated at the gym as you have no idea what to do there or you don't have the time to head to the gym a few times a week (or most likely a combination of the two!).
The majority of my clients are the same, which is why I created this home-based program. This program brings you all the benefits of strength training but from the comfort of your own home. Most mums love this as they can do it whenever suits and even find the kids enjoy joining in!

Dr. Ailis Brosnan is a plant-based wellness expert who has over 25 years experience helping busy women create healthier lifestyles so they feel confident, energised and engage more fully in life.
She has three degrees in the health and fitness field including a first class honours degree in Sport Science, a Master's degree in Health Promotion and a Doctorate degree in Health Psychology. She also has numerous certifications such as Plant-based Nutrition, Weight Management Consultant and Living Foods instructor.
Fitness is Ailis’ main passion and she has competed successfully at national level in athletics and has been selected to represent Ireland in both Mountain Running and Triathlon. She loves being active in the outdoors and setting challenges for herself such as completing an Ironman Triathlon, swimming around Garnish island twice and cycling from one end of Ireland to the other.
